BER01 is maincubes' single-tenant data center on the Go West campus in Berlin-Schmargendorf, brought into operation in 2025 to serve the German capital's growing colocation demand. The facility provides 9 MW of IT capacity across twelve data center suites totalling roughly 55,000 sq ft (about 5,100 sqm) of whitespace, with a design PUE of 1.26 or lower. Cooling is adiabatic, with room-level flexibility spanning air, water and immersion configurations, and rotating UPS systems back the power chain. Waste heat is reused in adjacent GoWest community buildings, and the site carries the Blue Angel eco-label alongside ISO 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015, DIN EN 50600 VK3, SOC 2 Type II and ISAE 3402 attestations. The building is carrier-neutral and offers cold-aisle, cage, private-suite and OCP-capable room layouts. It suits a dedicated enterprise or service-provider tenant that wants a whole modern facility in Berlin rather than shared retail colocation space.
