Vantage chose Offenbach am Main for its first German campus, placing Frankfurt I at Goethering 27 on roughly three hectares just one kilometre from Frankfurt's main data center and peering points — close enough for low-latency interconnection, far enough to secure land for a full campus build. The site comprises about 42,000 sqm (452,000 sq ft) across three multi-story data center buildings, designed for a combined 56 MW of critical IT load. An on-campus substation feeds the site, infrastructure is built to N+1 redundancy, and the design targets a PUE of 1.3. Vantage runs the campus as its flagship European location within a wider EMEA portfolio, and Frankfurt's 112 MW of total Vantage capacity is split between this campus and its second local site. Frankfurt I is pitched at hyperscalers, cloud providers and large enterprises seeking wholesale capacity with campus-scale expansion room on the edge of Europe's biggest interconnection market.
