JC1 sits in the MM100 industrial estate in Cibitung, about 35 kilometers east of central Jakarta, in the corridor the Indonesian government has promoted as the country's cloud data center hub. It is the first of Princeton Digital Group's two buildings on the site: together JC1 and its newer neighbor JC2 offer 35 MW of capacity and 34,650 square meters of total floor area, with per-building figures not broken out publicly. Both buildings earned ANSI/TIA-942 Rated-3 Design certification from EPI in March 2022, validating concurrently maintainable power and cooling that can undergo planned maintenance without shutdown; JC1 also carries ISO 27001. The facility hosts enterprises and network ISPs on redundant power feeds and carrier connectivity, and forms part of PDG's pan-Asian portfolio spanning Singapore, India, China, Japan, Malaysia and Indonesia. The Cibitung location trades downtown proximity for industrial-grade power and land, suiting cloud nodes and enterprise deployments serving greater Jakarta.
