Echelon's DUB10 campus sits at Crag Avenue in Clondalkin Industrial Estate, Dublin 22, on a roughly 35-acre site beside the M50 motorway less than twenty minutes from Dublin Airport. Planning permission covers a data centre development of circa 44,000 sq m projected to deliver 84MW of capacity, built out as multiple buildings each designed around a 30MW IT load. Power resilience is the campus's calling card: an on-site 110kV GIS substation was delivered ahead of schedule and handed over to ESB in 2021, and the site holds permission for an on-site energy centre with around 120MW of generation capacity, insulating tenants from the grid-connection moratorium that has stalled other Dublin projects. The first building was slated for energisation in late 2023, with the campus still in phased construction. DUB10 is aimed at hyperscale and wholesale requirements rather than retail colocation, offering large contiguous halls in Dublin's established western data centre corridor.
