First building of STT GDC's largest campus globally in Quezon City — 83,000+ sqm across four buildings with 124 MW of IT load potential at full build — opened for service in Q2 2025 with AI and liquid-cooling readiness.

STT Fairview 1 opened for service in Q2 2025 on Regalado Avenue in Quezon City as the first of four buildings in what STT GDC positions as its largest campus globally — more than 83,000 square meters of gross floor area and 124 MW of IT load at full build. The initial building contributes 24,918 square meters of GFA with 8,619 square meters of net lettable area and 28 MW of IT load, fed by two diverse 115 kV utility supplies through a distributed-redundant 3N/2 UPS with lithium-ion batteries and 48 hours of fuel at full load. Cooling uses N+4 high-efficiency adiabatic air-cooled chillers in a concurrently maintainable ring, targeting a design PUE below 1.4 with liquid-cooling and AI readiness engineered in. The carrier-neutral building offers up to four diverse fiber routes, three MDF rooms and access to multiple carriers and cloud providers. Certified TIA-942 Rated 3 and Uptime Tier III for design, with LEED v4 Gold pre-qualification, it is a joint venture of Globe, Ayala Corporation and ST Telemedia GDC aimed at hyperscalers and enterprises.
