SIN11 (Digital Loyang I)

On the eastern edge of Singapore at 3 Loyang Way sits SIN11, known as Digital Loyang I, a four-storey Digital Realty facility of 183,000 sq ft (17,001 sqm). Its defining asset is geography: the Loyang district places the building close to the Changi North cable landing station, where several international subsea systems terminate, so tenants can reach submarine capacity with short, low-latency tail circuits — a draw for carriers, content platforms, and enterprises with heavy international traffic. Mechanical and electrical plant is delivered in N+1 redundancy, and operations carry the same audited framework found across the operator's Singapore campus: SOC 2 and SOC 3, PCI DSS, ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 50001, plus SS 564 accreditation and BCA Green Mark Platinum status, with MAS-aligned controls for regulated customers. The site is guarded around the clock, with biometric and card-based access and CCTV footage retained beyond 90 days. Together with the larger SIN12 next door, SIN11 forms the Loyang wing of Digital Realty's Singapore connected campus, linked back to the Jurong facilities on the island's west.
