Purpose-built AIMS data centre launched in Cyberjaya in April 2019 that reached more than 90% occupancy in under a year.

Block 1 anchors AIMS' greenfield campus on Jalan Teknokrat 1/2 in Cyberjaya, a purpose-built hyperscale-grade site whose overall power capacity is scalable to 50 MW. Construction began in Q3 2020 and the first phase entered service in Q2 2021, filling quickly: AIMS reported more than 90% occupancy in under a year. The building carries Uptime Institute Tier III certification for both design documents (April 2020) and the constructed facility (May 2021), and the campus is TVRA-compliant with 24x7 on-site auxiliary police. Connectivity is a differentiator for a Cyberjaya site: tenants get direct on-ramps to Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, plus access to the Malaysia Internet Exchange (MyIX), which AIMS operates from its Kuala Lumpur hub. Located in the Multimedia Super Corridor about 30 minutes from KLIA, Block 1 serves enterprises and cloud-adjacent workloads that want certified concurrent maintainability outside the Kuala Lumpur city core.
