AIMS Cyberjaya Block 3

Completed in July 2025 ahead of its original schedule, the third block pushes the AIMS Cyberjaya campus toward AI-class workloads. It adds 12 MW of IT load and — unlike its two air-cooled siblings — gives customers the option of deploying a liquid cooling system, positioning it for GPU clusters and other high-density deployments that exceed conventional CRAC-based limits. AIMS attributed the early delivery to accelerated planning and strong customer pre-commitment, and with Block 3 online the operator claims the largest data centre capacity of any provider in Cyberjaya, with total potential capacity across the Klang Valley exceeding 100 MW. Tenants draw on the same ecosystem as the rest of the campus: carrier-neutral interconnection, MyIX reach and direct cloud on-ramps, roughly half an hour from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Formal certification details for this specific building had not been published at the time of writing.
