This 300 MW hyperscale campus in Sedenak Tech Park changed hands in November 2025, when Yondr Group completed its sale to Vantage Data Centers — a deal that also covered the supporting Singapore business. Developed by Yondr on 72.5 acres in Kulai, Johor, the project reached its first completion milestone six months ahead of schedule in June 2025, handing over an initial 25 MW of IT capacity within a first building designed for 98 MW; Yondr had earlier secured more than USD 900 million in green-loan project financing to fund it. Unlike conventional air-cooled colocation, the facility was engineered from the outset for AI and machine-learning deployments, with direct-to-chip liquid cooling and heat-rejection design targeting aggressive PUE figures for GPU clusters. Billed among the largest single data centre campuses in Southeast Asia, it now anchors Vantage's Johor presence and is squarely aimed at hyperscalers and AI platforms placing large contiguous capacity blocks near Singapore without Singapore's power constraints.
