The world's first multi-storey indirect adiabatic cooling system is the engineering claim to fame of Telehouse North Two, which opened in summer 2016 on the operator's Coriander Avenue campus in London Docklands. That cooling design, paired with hot-aisle containment, delivers a published PUE of 1.16 in an N+2 configuration — exceptional for a vertical, inner-city build — and the building is constructed to BREEAM Excellent standard. Power comes from a Telehouse-owned 132kV grid substation on campus, with eight generators totalling 18.5MW at N+1 and average rack provision of 4.5kW plus high-density options. Certifications span ISO 9001, 27001, 14001, 50001 and 22301 along with OHSAS 18001. Its greatest asset is inherited: North Two sits on Europe's most connected campus, with over 530 carriers, ISPs and ASPs on site and around 900 peering ports into LINX. It suits carriers, cloud and content platforms wanting modern efficiency without leaving the Docklands interconnection ecosystem where their traffic already lands.
