FPT Fornix HCM02

FPT inaugurated Fornix HCM02 on 20 August 2025 in Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Tang Nhon Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, claiming the largest rack count of any Vietnamese data center. The eight-story building spans 10,000 sqm and holds 3,600 racks, and FPT frames it as national-scale infrastructure for Vietnam's AI era and digital-sovereignty agenda. Engineering follows ANSI/TIA-942 Rated 3, with redundancy configured N+1, N+2 or 2N by system so maintenance can proceed without downtime, and uptime committed at 99.982 percent or better. Operations are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018 and ISO 22301. Unusually for a telecom-affiliated operator, HCM02 runs on a carrier-neutral model, letting tenants connect through any provider while still drawing on FPT Telecom's multi-terabit national backbone and international submarine-cable capacity. It is FPT's fourth data center and strengthens its southern footprint, aimed at cloud platforms, AI developers, financial institutions and enterprises that want large-scale certified capacity in Ho Chi Minh City's principal technology zone.
