Data4 Paris-Saclay Campus (Marcoussis)

Data4, the pan-European operator created in 2006 out of a joint venture between Alcatel and Colony Capital, anchors its portfolio at this campus on the former Alcatel-Lucent research site in Marcoussis, south-west of Paris near the Paris-Saclay innovation cluster. It is one of the largest data center estates in Europe: the PAR01 zone alone covers 110 hectares with secured power of 250 MW and has grown to more than twenty buildings, while some 70 hectares of surrounding woodland are preserved. Tenants can interconnect with over 70 telecom operators and reach more than 150 public cloud platforms, and the site sits about 20 minutes from Orly airport and the Massy TGV station. The campus carries an unusually broad certification stack - ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001 and 50001, plus PCI DSS, ISAE 3402 and the French HDS health-data attestation - which suits regulated enterprises, cloud providers and wholesale deployments scaling into tens of megawatts.
