Announced in February 2026, this project will be AIMS Data Centre's largest single build to date: a purpose-designed AI facility with up to 200 MW of capacity on roughly 10 acres of land acquired from Cyberview in Cyberjaya, Malaysia's flagship tech city south of Kuala Lumpur. The investment is put at about RM4 billion (around US$1 billion), with completion targeted for 2027. AIMS, in which DigitalBridge took a 49% stake in 2023, says the site forms part of a long-term landbank strategy and has invested more than RM2 billion in Malaysian digital infrastructure since that transaction. The company has stated the facility will be engineered for strong power usage effectiveness and water usage effectiveness, reflecting its AI-training orientation, though detailed cooling specifications, density figures and certifications have not yet been published. The scale and positioning point squarely at hyperscale and GPU-cloud tenants rather than traditional enterprise colocation.
