Representing the new generation of Keppel's Singapore assets, Keppel DC Singapore 7 is a seven-storey, purpose-built, AI-ready hyperscale facility within the Keppel Data Centre Campus, connected to central Singapore and Changi Airport via the Pan-Island and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressways. It received its Temporary Occupation Permit on 6 March 2023 and its Certificate of Statutory Completion on 24 January 2025, and was acquired by Keppel DC REIT together with its sister building KDC 8 in 2024. The carrier-neutral facility offers dedicated colocation suites with 24/7 technical support and holds the BCA Green Mark Platinum award for New Data Centres — the scheme's tightened standard — plus ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 27701, 37001, 45001, 46001 and 50001 and the SS 564 sustainable data centre certification. Power capacity, floor area and density figures are not published. Given Singapore's moratorium-era scarcity of new builds, KDC 7 is among the few recently completed hyperscale-class options on the island.
