Moro Hub Green Data Centre (MBR Solar Park)

Certified by Guinness World Records in November 2022 as the world's largest solar-powered data center, this Moro Hub facility sits inside the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park south of Dubai — itself the largest single-site solar park in the world. The operator, Data Hub Integrated Solutions (Moro Hub), is a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, the digital arm of Dubai's utility, which lets the campus draw its power from the surrounding solar generation. Published figures cite a capacity exceeding 100 MW, floor space of about 16,031 sqm and more than 1,000 racks, with Uptime Institute Tier III certification; the site has also received Uptime's Tier III Gold Certification of Operational Sustainability. The first phase was inaugurated in November 2022 and a second phase followed in January 2025. Services span colocation, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT and managed services, appealing to government entities, banks and enterprises with carbon-reduction mandates — Emirates airline and major UAE banks are among announced customers and partners.
