London North occupies 240 East India Dock Road, directly adjacent to its much larger sibling London East on Global Switch's Docklands campus. At 18MW it is the smaller of the two operational buildings, but it shares the same strategic asset: a position in the heart of the East London fibre cluster, minutes from Canary Wharf and within easy reach of the City. Global Switch operates the campus as a single estate with scalable space and flexible power provisioning, from light-load cages up to high-density AI and HPC configurations, and cross-campus tenants can architect resilience between the two buildings. The wider campus holds full planning approval for a third data centre that will lift the estate to 115,000 sqm served by 126MVA of utility power. London North tends to suit enterprises, network operators and service providers wanting an in-city Docklands presence with access to the campus interconnection environment, where proximity to counterparties and carrier ecosystems matters more than a standalone hyperscale footprint.
