Phased wholesale development defines Vantage's Phoenix campus in Goodyear, Arizona: five buildings on 50 acres at 45 S Bullard Avenue, delivering 176 MW of critical IT load and over one million square feet once fully developed. A dedicated on-site Arizona Public Service substation with multiple diverse utility feeds anchors the power architecture, which is designed N+1 and 100 percent concurrently maintainable. Cooling uses a closed-loop chilled water system with air-cooled chillers and integrated economizers, targeting water utilization efficiency near zero liters per kW-hour, a deliberate answer to desert operation reinforced by drought-resistant landscaping and LED lighting. Standard design density averages 250 watts per square foot, with higher and lower options available per deployment. The campus is carrier-neutral with four fiber points of entry, a minimum of two diverse paths per carrier and multiple meet-me rooms. The first two buildings, AZ11 and AZ12, carry Green Globes certification for new construction. Goodyear suits hyperscalers and cloud platforms taking down multi-megawatt halls in the fast-growing Phoenix market.
