NTT Frankfurt 1 Data Center

With more than 52,200 sqm of IT space spread across seven free-standing purpose-built buildings, NTT's Frankfurt 1 campus at Eschborner Landstrasse 100 ranks among the largest single data center sites in Europe. Maximum IT load is 77.4 MW, supported by roughly 120 MVA of utility capacity delivered at 110 kV through three 110/20 kV transformers in N+1 configuration with dual UPS systems. The campus, which traces its roots to e-shelter before NTT's consolidation of the brand, has grown in stages — its building H opened in November 2017. Published power density averages 1.0–3.0 kW per sqm of floor area. The site is carrier-neutral with redundant carrier meet-me rooms, DE-CIX access and connections to the major public and hybrid cloud providers. Certifications include ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, EN 50600, PCI DSS and ISAE 3402 Type II. Frankfurt 1 is aimed at enterprises and hyperscalers needing large contiguous capacity with room to grow on one campus.
