NTT Global Data Centers describes its Chandivali campus as India's first and largest operational hyperscale data center park, with more than 1 million sq ft of built space, 13,000 racks and 100 MW of load capacity in Mumbai's Chandivali district. The park grew out of NTT's Netmagic acquisition and expanded most recently with Mumbai 7, launched in 2020 as the campus's third hyperscale building, adding 375,000 sq ft of colocation space, room for 5,000 racks and more than 30 MW of load. NTT plans to scale its Mumbai hub toward 250 MW and is pairing capacity growth with dedicated solar generation in Maharashtra as part of a roughly $2 billion India investment programme spanning data centers, networks and renewable energy. Facilities in the park carry ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and PCI DSS certifications. Sitting within Mumbai's main enterprise and connectivity market, near the subsea cable systems landing in the city, the campus targets hyperscale cloud platforms alongside large Indian enterprises and financial institutions.
