Sify Rabale Data Center Campus (Tower 5)

Sify's Rabale campus in Navi Mumbai is being built out as one of India's largest AI-focused colocation estates: twelve towers are planned, five are operational with roughly 97 MW of IT power, and the newly launched Tower 5 alone contributes 43.2 MW. Tower 5 was the first data center in India to earn NVIDIA's DGX-Ready certification covering liquid cooling, and the campus supports both air and liquid cooling at densities above 130 kW per rack. Power arrives via an on-premises 110 kV substation for the first three towers and a 220 kV GIS substation for towers four through six, with 99 MW of contracted solar and wind generation available for green supply. The site is rated to TIA-942-B Rated 3 and certified to ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1, PCI DSS v4 and SSAE18 SOC 2 Type 2, with K4-rated perimeter security and ten levels of access control. Four diverse fiber entry paths serve the campus, which targets hyperscalers, cloud providers and enterprises deploying GPU infrastructure at scale; towers 6, 7, 11 and 12 are slated to come online by 2026.
