Its Temporary Occupation Permit arrived on 23 August 2024 and the Certificate of Statutory Completion followed on 24 January 2025; at last disclosure, partial fit-out works were underway with completion expected by Q3 2025, so capacity is still ramping. Keppel DC REIT acquired KDC 7 and 8 together in a landmark 2024 transaction that deepened its Singapore concentration. The building carries the BCA Green Mark Platinum award for New Data Centres and offers dedicated colocation suites with 24/7 technical support, with expressway links to the city centre and Changi Airport.
