24 MW IT load expansion building under construction on the STT Bangkok campus at Hua Mak, with completion expected in Q4 2026.

Under construction on the same Hua Mak campus as its predecessor, STT Bangkok 2 is designed for a different generation of workloads than the building next door. The 24 MW facility, targeted for completion in Q4 2026, is being built as a hybrid cooling environment that supports both air and liquid cooling, with streamlined liquid-cooling deployment aimed specifically at high-density AI and accelerated-computing requirements — a first for the STT GDC Thailand portfolio. Dual power feeds underpin reliability, and the carrier-neutral model of the campus carries over. Once complete, it will lift the two-building STT Bangkok campus to a combined capacity of up to 46 MW, with the operator's separate 2 MW One Bangkok site adding downtown coverage. STT Bangkok 2 is the obvious destination in Bangkok for tenants planning GPU clusters or next-generation compute that the city's older air-cooled facilities were never designed to host.
