VIRTUS Slough Campus

Seven interconnected facilities make the VIRTUS Slough campus the largest single-operator estate on the Slough Trading Estate, now delivering over 138MW of IT load across LONDON3, LONDON4, LONDON9, LONDON10, LONDON11, LONDON12 and LONDON19, with individual buildings ranging from 6.6MW to 32.5MW. The campus grew from VIRTUS's December 2015 acquisition of the Infinity Slough data centre (rebranded LONDON4), followed by a construction programme that added LONDON3, 9 and 10 by 2018-2019 and further buildings since — the 2019 launch phase alone brought the campus to 63MW before subsequent expansion more than doubled it. Halls use VIRTUS's 'Air Flooded Room' cooling principle with hot-aisle containment and can host racks up to 80kW, giving the campus genuine high-density and AI capability. Every building is carrier-neutral with Tier I and Tier II carrier choice and cloud on-ramps, and tenants can expand across buildings without leaving the estate. The campus sits about 27 miles from central London within one of the world's largest data centre clusters, suiting wholesale, cloud and dense enterprise deployments.
