Data4 PAR03 (Nozay)

Pitched as the largest artificial-intelligence data center project announced in France, PAR03 is Data4's planned 250 MW campus in Nozay, Essonne, roughly 3 km from its existing Marcoussis estate - the two are designed as twin, tightly interconnected sites, with PAR03 dedicated entirely to AI workloads. The 22-hectare campus represents an investment of about 2 billion euros, a figure Data4 says doubled from the original plan once AI-grade density requirements were factored in. Plans call for up to eight data centers totalling around 32,000 sqm, capable of housing nearly 200,000 GPUs and delivering what the operator quotes as 4 million petaFLOPS of compute. The first AI data center is targeted to be operational in 2027. For hyperscalers and AI platforms seeking large contiguous capacity in the Paris region with a proven operator, PAR03 is one of the few announced sites at this scale; enterprises needing space today should look to the neighbouring Marcoussis campus instead.
