Telkom Group's purpose-built hyperscale facility in Cikarang, certified Uptime Tier III and Tier IV and partly powered by renewable energy in collaboration with Pertamina Power Indonesia.

NeutraDC Hyperscale Data Center Cikarang is Telkom Indonesia's flagship move from telco server rooms into purpose-built hyperscale capacity, operated by subsidiary PT Telkom Data Ekosistem under the NeutraDC brand. The facility, east of Jakarta in the Cikarang industrial corridor, commenced operations in 2023 and holds Uptime Institute Tier III and Tier IV certifications. At full build the campus is planned to comprise three data center buildings plus an office building. Sustainability is central to its positioning: the site runs partly on renewable energy supplied through a collaboration with Pertamina Power Indonesia, is designed around a decarbonization concept, and supports Telkom's net-zero roadmap aligned with Indonesia's 2060 national target. Solar integration and water-based cooling upgrades continue as the campus expands. Backed by Telkom's nationwide fiber network and its position as the state-linked incumbent, the facility courts hyperscalers, cloud providers and government workloads, and serves as the template for NeutraDC's follow-on hyperscale project in Batam.
