Moro Hub Green Data Centre Warsan

In Dubai's Warsan district, Moro Hub is building its fourth green data center — a campus of more than 66,000 square meters with planned capacity above 100 MW, designed to run primarily on solar energy. The project belongs to Data Hub Integrated Solutions (Moro Hub), the Digital DEWA subsidiary behind the Guinness-certified solar-powered facility at the MBR Solar Park, and extends the same renewable-first model to a second large Dubai site. Unlike its predecessor, Warsan is explicitly framed around high-performance computing: DEWA describes cooling and power-density provisions for AI and large language model workloads, signaling higher-density halls than a conventional enterprise build. The first phase is scheduled to launch in the second half of 2026, and DEWA approved a second phase in January 2026 targeted for later that year. When complete, the campus will court cloud providers, AI companies and government digital programs wanting green power without leaving Dubai city limits.
