Aligned Phoenix Campus (PHX-01/02/03)

Cooling technology is the organizing idea at Aligned's Phoenix campus: PHX-01 through PHX-03 use the company's patented Delta3 air-cooling arrays housed in dedicated mechanical galleries, with secondary chilled-water loops pre-fitted with valves and taps for DeltaFlow liquid cooling to serve GPU-dense deployments. The 55-acre campus at 2500 W Union Hills Drive in north Phoenix came online in 2017 and has grown to roughly 550,000 sq ft across three buildings. A closed-loop chilled water design drives water utilization efficiency toward near zero, a meaningful choice in the Sonoran Desert, while the campus runs on 100 percent renewable power under Aligned's 2040 carbon-neutral target. The electrical topology pairs 2 MW UPS line-ups and 3 MW generators with A+B 415V distribution to racks at N+1 redundancy or better, designed to Tier III standards. Compliance includes ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA/HITECH and NIST 800-53. The campus is aimed at AI, cloud and enterprise tenants that expect to scale density over time.
