JK5 was unveiled in May 2021 as the fifth building on DCI Indonesia's H1 Campus in Cibitung, east of Jakarta — the campus that anchors the country's largest colocation cluster. The building added 15 MW, and the 8.5-hectare campus now carries about 75 MW of live IT load across five facilities (JK1, JK2, JK3, JK5 and JK6) with headroom to scale to 300 MW. DCI builds its data halls to be Uptime Tier IV-ready across design, facility and operations, and the company reports a 100% uptime SLA record since beginning operations. Power arrives from two utility providers fed by different substations. The campus is one of Indonesia's densest interconnection points, colocating six global cloud providers, more than 80 telecommunications operators and over 150 local, regional and global enterprises. JK5 also applies AI- and IoT-based tooling in operations management. The profile suits cloud availability zones, financial-services workloads and enterprises that need Indonesia's strictest uptime pedigree.
