YCO Cloud Campus One, branded Malvar One, is rising inside Light Industry and Science Park IV in Malvar, Batangas, about an hour south of Metro Manila's business districts via the South Luzon Expressway and STAR Tollway. The project is the first data center in the Philippines design-certified to both TIA-942 Rated 3 and ISO 22237 (Availability 3, Protection 3), an unusual dual-standard approach for the market. Utility scale is a headline feature: 75 MW of power is available to the site, of which 30 MW is already energized, supporting 5,392 square meters of leasable white space with a target PUE of 1.3. The campus master plan comes from Sasaki & Associates and incorporates flood-resistant systems and natural stormwater management, addressing a chronic risk for Philippine infrastructure. Connectivity is telco-neutral with multiple carrier partners and proximity to the Nasugbu cable landing station, and the operator commits to green energy usage. The facility targets hyperscalers and enterprises wanting certified resilience outside congested Metro Manila.
