Bridge Data Centres MY07

Bridge Data Centres' next Johor project after the Sedenak campuses, MY07 is rising in the Ulu Tiram area on the eastern side of the Johor Bahru conurbation. Its defining public fact is energy: Bridge has contracted 400 MW of electricity supply from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) for the development — an allocation that signals ambitions well beyond a single building — and has additionally signed a bilateral renewable energy supply contract with TNB under Malaysia's Corporate Renewable Energy Supply Scheme (CRESS), tying part of the campus load to green generation. Construction is underway, and Bridge has not yet published IT capacity, floor area, density or certification details for the site. Given the operator's track record with MY06 and its Chindata lineage, MY07 is positioned as wholesale hyperscale capacity for cloud and AI platform customers, broadening Johor's supply beyond the increasingly crowded Sedenak–Kulai corridor.
