SIN10, which Digital Realty brands Digital Jurong West, occupies a seven-storey purpose-built tower at 29A International Business Park in Jurong East, on the western side of Singapore. At 377,000 sq ft (about 35,024 sqm) it is one of the larger single buildings in the operator's Singapore portfolio, and it runs on a notably conservative resilience design: 2N UPS on the electrical side paired with N+2 cooling redundancy, a step above the N+1 topology used at its Loyang sister sites. The compliance stack is broad — SOC 2 and SOC 3 attestations, PCI DSS, and ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 50001 — alongside Singapore-specific credentials including SS 564 green data center accreditation, BCA Green Mark Platinum, and alignment with MAS outsourcing guidelines, which makes the site a natural fit for banks and regulated enterprises. Physical security includes 24x7 staffing, biometric and card access, and CCTV retained for more than 90 days. Digital Realty positions SIN10 as part of its Singapore connected campus for enterprises needing audited, high-redundancy colocation in the Jurong business corridor.
