Digital Edge SEL2

SEL2 is the 36 MW first phase of a campus in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, that Digital Edge says will exceed 100 MW and rank as South Korea's largest commercial colocation campus at completion. Developed in partnership with SK Ecoplant, the project is explicitly AI-first: the design supports rack densities up to 130 kW per cabinet using liquid cooling, with an annualized design PUE of 1.25 achieved through engineering that minimizes both energy and water use. The site lies within the Seoul metropolitan area, reaching the capital's business districts via the Seoul–Incheon Expressway, and extends Digital Edge's Korean footprint beyond its SEL1 facility in Gangnam. An anchor tenant has been secured for the first phase, which is under construction and targeted for readiness in Q4 2027, with a second phase planned to follow. Digital Edge's standard interconnection stack — Cross Connect, CrossLink and the EPIX internet exchange — will be available, aimed at cloud providers and AI platforms deploying dense GPU clusters.
