GSA02 Chonburi Campus

For its second campus, the Gulf-Singtel Nxera-AIS venture is moving east from the Bangkok metro into Chonburi, inside Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor. GSA02 is planned at 38 MW with commercial operation targeted for mid-2027, and it inherits the platform blueprint proven at Bang Phli: carrier-neutral interconnection, liquid-cooling architecture engineered for AI, GPU cluster and hyperscale cloud workloads, and renewable energy sourced through Gulf's generation business. The EEC location places the campus near the industrial estates, port infrastructure and government-promoted digital zones of Thailand's eastern seaboard, giving manufacturers and cloud providers in the region an alternative to hauling traffic back to Bangkok. As a project still in development, GSA02 has no published certifications, floor areas or density figures yet; buyers should treat the specification as directional until construction progresses. Its significance is strategic — extending Thailand's first liquid-cooled data centre platform into a second geography and adding EEC capacity to the country's tightening supply.
