What Colocation Index is

Colocation Index publishes open pricing benchmarks and facility-level data for the data center market. The industry hides its prices behind “request a quote” forms; we put them in the open — wholesale $/kW benchmarks by market on the Index, a facility catalog across Southeast Asia, the Gulf and Europe, live GPU rental prices, and sourced market statistics.

How the data is collected

Every number on this site links to its source. Facility data comes from primary sources only: operator websites, operator press releases and government or investment-board announcements — never from other catalogs. Pricing benchmarks aggregate published market research (CBRE, JLL, operator disclosures) and anonymized quote data, normalized to USD per kW of IT load per month for wholesale and per rack per month for retail. The Index is updated quarterly.

Facilities marked “data pending on-site verification” have been compiled from published sources but not yet confirmed with the operator. If you represent an operator and want to verify or correct a listing, write to us — corrections ship within a week.

Who is behind it

Colocation Index is built and operated by The Dream View Co., Ltd., a Thailand-registered company based in Phuket, founded by Artem Bukhkalov. The team works from Southeast Asia — the fastest-growing data center region in the world — which is why the catalog starts here.

How we make money

The site is free for readers and buyers. We earn referral fees from data center operators and GPU cloud providers when a request submitted through Get Quotes turns into a contract, and some outbound links are affiliate links. This never affects the data: prices and rankings are published identically for partners and non-partners, and every benchmark cites an independent source.
