AIMS Cyberjaya Block 2

Delivered in just nine months in partnership with Gamuda Engineering, the second building on the AIMS Cyberjaya campus went ready-for-service in 2024 with 8 MW of IT load. It was conceived as the campus's high-density option: rack power reaches up to 20 kW at the top of the range, supported by an air-cooled design that AIMS says holds PUE at 1.5 or below at full load. In December 2024 the building earned ANSI/TIA-942-C Rated 3 Constructed Facility certification from EPI covering levels 1, 4 and 5, valid through 2027. Sitting alongside Block 1 on Jalan Teknokrat 1/2, it inherits the campus's cloud on-ramps, MyIX interconnection and TVRA-grade physical security, while offering newer electrical and mechanical plant. The density ceiling makes it a fit for enterprises consolidating heavier compute footprints — virtualization clusters, private cloud and inference-class GPU nodes — without stepping up to a dedicated liquid-cooled hall.
