Carrier-neutral facility 16 km from PDG's JH1 campus in Johor, with a flexible design to support both hyperscale and AI infrastructure deployments.

Announced as the second Johor site in Princeton Digital Group's Malaysian portfolio, JH2 takes a different shape from its sibling campus: rather than sitting inside the Sedenak cluster, it occupies Eco Business Park in Mukim Senai, about 16 km from JH1 and roughly 37 km from Johor Bahru city centre. Published plans describe a carrier-neutral development of up to 300 MW with around 80,000 sq m of colocation area, fed by dual 275 kV power sources and targeting a design PUE below 1.4. Where JH1 was purpose-delivered for anchor hyperscale tenants, JH2 is pitched on flexibility — a design intended to accommodate both conventional hyperscale halls and higher-density AI infrastructure as customer requirements dictate. Its highway access and separation from the Sedenak corridor also give operators a diversity option within the same metro. As an announced project, specifications remain subject to change until construction milestones are confirmed.
