DC1 sits at the junction of Riverside Road and Marsiling Road in northern Singapore, about 23 km from the city centre near the Woodlands Regional Centre — an area the government is developing as the commercial hub of the Northern Agri-Tech and Food Corridor. Completed in 2016, it is a purpose-built, five-storey, fully-fitted data centre held in Keppel DC REIT's Singapore portfolio, with the Bukit Timah and Seletar Expressways providing road access island-wide. The fully-fitted structure means the mechanical and electrical plant is in place, unlike shell-and-core holdings elsewhere in the REIT. Keppel discloses little else at facility level: no public power rating, floor area, rack count or certification list is available for DC1 specifically. Its northern position offers meaningful geographic diversity from the REIT's Tampines and Jurong assets and proximity to the causeway routes toward Johor's growing data corridor, suiting tenants who prioritise site separation within Singapore over downtown latency.
