Colt DCS London 4 (Hayes)

London 4 is the newest operational building on Colt DCS's Hayes Digital Park campus in West London, a hyperscale facility delivering 31MW of IT power across five floors of data halls. Built to Colt's own Tier 3 resilient infrastructure specification, it was designed for cloud and AI service providers needing scalable capacity, with the ability to support high-performance computing as customer workloads grow. Demand validated the design early: the site was fully let before phase 1 completed in 2025. The Hayes location gives tenants access to West London's dense concentration of diverse fibre routes and low-latency adjacency to the capital's other major data centre clusters, with Heathrow Airport around 15 minutes away. The facility runs on renewable energy and is operated by Colt DCS's on-site technical teams. As an anchor of a campus now approved to grow to 160MW, London 4 primarily suits hyperscale and large wholesale deployments rather than single-rack retail colocation.
