Vantage Dublin Campus (DUB1)

Vantage Data Centers entered the Irish market in April 2024 with DUB1, a 52MW campus at Profile Park in Grange Castle, about 15km from Dublin city centre in the metro's main hyperscale corridor. The 22-acre site carries two two-storey facilities of 32MW and 20MW totalling 405,000 sq ft (38,000 sq m), with land and power reserved for a third building. Its answer to Dublin's grid moratorium is an on-site 100 MVA multi-fuel generation plant running primarily hydrotreated vegetable oil with gas from Gas Networks Ireland, delivering N+1 redundancy and the ability to export power back to the grid. Cooling uses a closed-loop chilled-water system with air-cooled chillers and economisers, achieving near-zero water usage and N+2 mechanical redundancy, at an average design density of 300W per sq ft. Four points of entry, diverse fibre paths and multiple meet-me rooms keep the campus carrier-neutral. Representing over 1 billion euro of investment targeting a 1.2 annual PUE, DUB1 is built for hyperscale and large cloud deployments.
