VIRTUS LONDON1 (Enfield)

VIRTUS began its London portfolio in Enfield, and LONDON1 remains the company's boutique site: a campus about 11 miles north of central London offering over 2,900 sqm of net technical space and 4.2MW of IT load. The scale is modest by the standards of VIRTUS's later Slough and Stockley Park campuses, which makes it a natural home for enterprises and service providers wanting dedicated suites or smaller footprints with room to subdivide — the facility can be carved from single racks up to private data halls with independent power and cooling. It is carrier-neutral with access to Tier I and Tier II carriers and on-ramps to major cloud platforms, and runs on 100% renewable energy with a BREEAM Good design rating. Operations follow the standard VIRTUS model: 24/7 on-site security with a defence-in-depth approach, real-time monitoring dashboards, self-service customer tools, and customer amenities including offices and touchdown space. Transport links are practical, with a rail station within a mile and quick M25/A10 access.
