Vantage Cyberjaya II Campus

Ground broke on Cyberjaya II in August 2024 as a 256 MW project, but Vantage has since enlarged the plan: the operator's site now describes a 52-acre (21-hectare) campus delivering 436 MW of critical IT load across six data centres and about 445,000 sqm (4.8 million sq ft) at full development — a different order of magnitude from the 31 MW KUL1 campus a short drive away. Energy comes from Tenaga Nasional Berhad through an on-campus 500 MVA-rated substation on a 275 kV high-voltage connection, with N+1 redundancy across systems. Cooling uses closed-loop chilled water from air-cooled chillers at near-zero water consumption per kW, and the halls are being built liquid-cooling ready for future high-density and AI deployments. Each building gets two meet-me-rooms, with five fibre points of entry serving the carrier-neutral campus. The development forms the core of Vantage's announced USD 3 billion Malaysian investment and targets hyperscale cloud and AI tenants wanting large-block capacity in the Kuala Lumpur metro.
